Ingredients

  • 1 cup light canned coconut milk (or almond milk)

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoons Sweet & Slim Stevia or Sweet & Slim Classic (250g pack, or 3 sachets)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Garnish: fresh berries or unsweetened toasted coconut flakes

Instructions

1. In a jar or medium bowl, whisk coconut milk, AWA Sweet & Slim (Stevia/Crystal pack or 3 sachets), and vanilla extract until the sweetener is dissolved.

2. Stir in the chia seeds. Mix well.

3. Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps of seeds.

4. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until thick and gelatinous. Stir and serve topped with toasted coconut and berries.

Chef's Tip: AWA Sweet & Slim dissolves instantly in cold liquids, making it the perfect sweetener for no-cook recipes like chia pudding.
