Ingredients
-
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour (or oat flour)
-
1.5 tablespoons Sweet & Slim Stevia or Sweet & Slim Classic (250g pack, or 2 sachets)
-
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
-
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
-
3 tablespoons low-fat milk
-
1 tablespoon melted butter or vegetable oil
-
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe mug (approx. 10-12 oz), whisk together the dry ingredients (flour, Sweet & Slim, cocoa powder, and baking powder).
2. Add the wet ingredients (milk, melted butter/oil, and vanilla extract) and mix with a small fork or whisk until a smooth batter forms.
3. Microwave on high speed for 60 to 70 seconds. The cake will rise. Do not overcook, or it will become dry.
4. Let the cake cool for 2 minutes before eating directly from the mug.
Chef's Tip: Sweet & Slim blends perfectly, ensuring a soft, moist crumb inside the mug cake. Add a sugar-free chocolate chip in the center before cooking for a molten core!
